Job summary

Alba Medical Group is recruiting Salaried General Practitioners to join our established, multidisciplinary teams across Grangemouth and surrounding areas. Flexible 4-8 sessions per week are available, with both part-time and full-time considered, and remuneration aligned with the BMA salaried GP contract.

You will provide patient-centred GP services, lead within a large MDT, and have opportunities to develop specialist interests while enjoying supportive leadership and potential visa sponsorship

Qualifications

• Full GMC registration with a licence to practise.
• Inclusion on the Scottish GP Performers List (or eligibility).
• Commitment to high-quality clinical care and governance.
• Team-focused, flexible approach with willingness to share responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centred general medical services.
• Work collaboratively within a large MDT.
• Provide clinical leadership and oversight of the ANP, including support for home visiting.
• Participate in shared Docman workflow and practice systems.
• Demonstrate flexibility and professionalism in responding to changing service demands and priorities.
• Opportunity to develop specialist interests aligned with service needs.

Due to continued growth within our Forth practices, we are seeking to recruit Salaried General Practitioners to join our established and supportive teams. We are currently recruiting WTE salaried GP posts, with flexible working options available across our Forth sites.

The Role

The successful post-holder(s) will:

• Provide high-quality, patient-centred general medical services
• Work collaboratively within a large, well-developed multidisciplinary team
• Provideclinical leadership and oversight of the Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP), including support for home visiting activity where clinically appropriate
• Participate inshared Docman workflowand practice systems
• Demonstrate flexibility and professionalism in responding to changing service demands and clinical priorities
• Have the opportunity todevelop specialist interests, aligned with service needs and personal development goals

Multidisciplinary Team Support

You will be supported by an extensive and expanding MDT, including:

• GPs
• Advanced Nurse Practitioners
• Paramedics
• Practice Nurses and Healthcare Assistants
• Primary Care Mental Health Nurse
• Pharmacotherapy Team
• Dedicated Administrative Team and Office Supervisor
