Alba Medical Group in Lanarkshire is recruiting salaried General Practitioners to join established, supportive teams across multiple sites. Up to 2 WTE positions are available with flexible working options across Lanarkshire sites.

Qualifications

• Full GMC registration required.
• Inclusion on the Scottish GP Performers List (or eligibility).
• Commitment to high-quality clinical care and governance.
• Team-focused, flexible approach with willingness to take on shared responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centred general medical services.
• Work collaboratively within a large, multidisciplinary team.
• Hold clinical responsibility for site.
• Provide clinical leadership and oversight of the Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP).
• Participate in shared Docman workflow and practice systems.
• Demonstrate flexibility and professionalism in responding to changing service demands and priorities.
• Develop specialist interests aligned with service needs and personal development goals.
