Blossom Health Gosport is seeking a Salaried GP to join a forward-thinking, patient-centred practice in Gosport. The role involves delivering high-quality primary care across a multidisciplinary team, with a focus on continuity of care and clinical excellence.

You will manage a clinic list through face-to-face and telephone consultations, handle acute and chronic conditions, and contribute to service development and portfolio interests within a supportive partnership.

Blossom Health is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Salaried GP to join our friendly and progressive team for 6 sessions per week, working Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

The Role

We are seeking a GP who is passionate about providing excellent primary care and enjoys working as part of a multidisciplinary team.

The role will include:

• Face-to-face and telephone consultations
• Own Patient list responsibilites
• Management of acute and chronic conditions
• Clinical decision making and care planning
• Participation in practice development and quality improvement initiatives
• Supporting continuity of care for patients where clinically appropriate
• Working closely with the wider clinical and administrative teams

Working Pattern:

• Monday AM & PM
• Tuesday AM & PM
• Thursday AM & PM
