A dynamic GP practice in Woodhall Spa is recruiting a part-time Salaried GP to join their friendly team. The role includes delivering patient consultations using various methods and supporting a collaborative practice environment. Successful candidates will have essential qualifications and a commitment to high-quality care.
New Salaried GP working four sessions per week.
We are seeking to recruit a new member of our team to expand our dynamic, friendly practice in the picturesque village of Woodhall Spa.
We welcome applications from candidates with a wide range of skills who are committed to providing high-quality care in modern General Practice.
Our practice is a GMS practice with 2 GP Partners, 3 salaried GPs, and 2 ANPs. We currently have a patient list of around 5,400. Our facilities are spacious and purpose-built, and for the past 8 years, we have achieved high QOF scores. We are a key member of the East Lindsey Primary Care Network and are developing a collaborative MDT approach.
We use SystmOne as our clinical system and AskMyGP for digital consultations.
Our GPs and ANP offer consultations via digital platforms, by telephone, video call, and face-to-face. We are supported by a paramedic, respiratory nurse, practice nurses, HCAs, ARRS staff, a mental health nurse, and a first contact physio, all working on-site to provide quality care.
We dispense medication to many patients and work closely with dispensary staff to ensure accuracy.
We offer Enhanced Access appointments throughout the week, and the successful applicant will be expected to provide one or two EA telephone appointments weekly.
Our GP team works collaboratively as a resilient, close-knit group committed to high-quality, evidence-based care while maintaining a good work-life balance. We value non-medical interests, making Woodhall Spa an attractive place to work.
We have a successful training tradition and are restarting training programs, supported by our senior GP Partner's role in the local Primary Care Network. We encourage team members to develop their skills and interests, whether medical or otherwise. We are seeking a part-time team member with diverse interests and experience.
If this opportunity appeals to you, we would love to hear from you.
Support colleagues in delivering high-quality, caring, and supportive patient care.
