Job summary

Cedars Surgery in Deal, United Kingdom, seeks an innovative Salaried GP to help shape the future of primary care in a beach-front setting. We target 6 sessions per week and offer a supportive multidisciplinary team with Pharmacists, Advanced Clinical Practitioners, and Social Prescribers, plus protected CPD time and a culture prioritising clinician well-being.

Informal chats and visits are welcomed. Salary is aligned to experience, around £72,000 per year for 6 sessions weekly, with negotiation

Qualifications

• GMC-registered general practitioner.
• Willingness to engage in CPD and leadership opportunities.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide GP clinical care within a multidisciplinary team.
• Contribute to clinical governance, audits and service improvements.
• Support clinician well-being and protect CPD time.

Cedars are seeking an innovative Salaried GP who is looking to shape the Future of Primary Care based at our surgery with a beach front setting and close to all amenities.

Ideally looking to cover 6 sessions per week.

At Cedars Surgery we are redesigning General Practice for the future. We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and innovative Salaried GP to join our supportive, multidisciplinary team.
We believe in a sustainable model of care that prioritises both patient outcomes and clinician well-being.

You will work alongside Pharmacists, Advanced Care Practitioner, Advanced Paramedic Practitioner and Social Prescribers with a skilled quota of back office staff to help reduce administrative burden.

Protected CPD time, regular coffee breaks, and a culture that actively prevents burnout.

We encourage our GP’s to develop special interests or leadership roles within the current team.

Contribute to clinical governance, audits, and service improvement initiatives.
