Role Description The Salaried GP will provide safe, evidence-based primary care services, including consultations, diagnosis, and management of acute and long-term conditions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting face-to-face appointments, telephone and online consultations, reviewing test results, prescribing, and maintaining accurate clinical records. The GP will contribute to long-term condition management, medication reviews, preventative care, and health promotion, while working closely with nurses, allied health professionals, and administrative colleagues. Participation in clinical meetings, multidisciplinary discussions, and practice quality improvement activities is expected, along with appropriate supervision and support for trainees when required. This is a part-time, on-site role based in Chepstow, requiring regular presence at the practice during agreed sessions.

Qualifications
