NHS is seeking a dedicated salaried GP to join their progressive team in Broadstairs. This part-time position entails managing a diverse patient caseload, conducting consultations, and supporting GP partners. We are looking for a salaried GP to join our excellent clinical team for 4-8sessions per week. We are a long established friendly and supportive, progressive, located in Broadstairs, Kent CT10 2AJ. Job responsibilities:

Role Summary:
The post-holder will manage a patient caseload and deal witha wide range of health needs, ensuring the highest standards of care for allregistered and temporary patients.
Main Purpose of Job:
To support the GP partners in the Practice to manage a busy,interesting clinical caseload. The appointee will also have the opportunity totake part in leading on key disease areas (monitoring trends in treatment,staff training and prescribing) and assist in developing appropriate healthcareservices for a diverse patient list, including Directed Enhanced Servicescommissioning, patient participation and health promotion.

OTHERRESPONSIBILITIES WITH THE PRACTICE:
Awareness of and compliance with all relevant Practicepolicies/guidelines, e.g. prescribing, confidentiality, data protection, healthand safety
A commitment to life-long learning and audit to ensureevidence-based best practice.
Contributing to evaluation/audit and clinical standardsetting within the Practice.
Contributing to the development of computer-based patientrecords.
Contributing to the summarising of patient records andaccurate Read-Coding of patient data.
Attending training and events organised by the Practice orother agencies, where appropriate.

In the course of seeking treatment, patients entrust uswith, or allow us to gather, sensitive information in relation to their healthand other matters. They do so in confidence and have the right to expect thatstaff will respect their privacy and act appropriately. In the performance ofthe duties outlined in this Job Description, the post-holder may have access toconfidential information relating to patients and their carers, Practice staffand other healthcare workers. They may also have access to information relatingto the Practice as a business organisation. All such information from anysource is to be regarded as strictly confidential.
