You will be working 4 sessions per week, on Thursdays and Fridays, delivering high-quality, patient-centred care in a supportive and innovative environment.This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing, GP-led organisation committed to transforming primary care through technology, clinical innovation, and data-driven decision-making.

Main duties of the job

• Deliver high-quality care to patients, in accordance with the GMS contract
• Prescribe safely and appropriately, in line with local/national guidelines

• Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks (e.g. referrals, results, prescriptions)

• Support the training of students and junior clinicians
