ELHT Primary Care is a group of East Lancashire General Practices sitting within East Lancashire Hospitals Trust. Being a part of ELHT enables more collaborative working between Primary and Secondary Care and a great interface with the Community Services that ELHT host.
The practices have excellent multidisciplinary teams and supportive clinical leadership. We strive to continuously drive improvements in the development of high quality, patient centred care.
As a salaried GP you will undertake a wide variety of clinical work including routine and complex consultations with patients, rotational on call duty, home visits and workflow and admin tasks.
We are keen to develop any special interests you may have to further enhance the services we offer and wherever possible will support you to pursue this.
This is a part time position covering 4 sessions per week.
As a GP within ELHT primary Care you will have the benefit of being a part of a large hospital trust. This enables collaborative working between Primary, Community and Secondary care supporting patients right across their health journeys.
