Job summary

HCLTech in London is seeking an experienced SailPoint Support & Implementation engineer to implement, configure, and support SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow solutions. You will ensure effective identity governance, access management, provisioning, and compliance across enterprise environments.

The role involves hands-on configuration, managing user provisioning and de-provisioning, and collaborating with business and technical teams to gather requirements. Hybrid work at client location.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow.
• Knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts.
• Experience with provisioning workflows, role management, and access certifications.
• Understanding of Java, BeanShell, SQL, XML, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience integrating Active Directory, LDAP, and enterprise applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Role Summary:
