Sahir in Liverpool is seeking a Business Support Lead to provide high-quality admin support and ensure smooth operations. Working closely with the Senior Management Team, you will coordinate commissioner and funder reporting, manage organisational records, and support financial and HR administration.
You will analyse and present service performance data, maintain key processes, and help drive the charity's impact across programmes supporting people living with HIV and LGBTQ+ communities.

Salary: £27,000 PA (+3% Employer Pension Contribution) Pro Rata for PT roles.
Hours per week: 28 hours per week.
Reporting to: Senior Management Team. Location: Liverpool.

The Business Support Lead will be responsible for providing high-quality business and administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of Sahir. Working closely with the Senior Management Team, the post-holder will lead on the coordination of commissioner and funder reporting, analyse and present service performance data, maintain accurate organisational records, support financial and HR administration, oversee key administrative processes, and manage shared organisational systems.
The role requires excellent report writing, data analysis and organisational skills, ensuring information is presented accurately and professionally to a range of audiences while supporting the effective delivery of services across the organisation.
