Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sage X3 Support Consultant. The Support Consultant will be responsible for providing technical support and customer support related to Sage X3. The role involves handling day-to-day tasks to ensure customer satisfaction in the use of Sage X3. Opportunity for career progression to Sage X3 Consultant or Developer.

Qualifications

Must

  • 1st and 2nd line support experience with Sage X3
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Able to liaise with employees at all levels
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Experience in at least one Sage X3 module: Finance, Distribution, Manufacturing
  • Experience in working with add-on software with Sage X3 is beneficial
  • Full eligibility to work in the UK
