The Works Stores Ltd is seeking a Health & Safety Coordinator to oversee safety processes across our Coleshill-based operations. You will lead risk assessments, incident management, and safety training, working with multiple teams to sustain a compliant safety culture.

You will develop reporting frameworks, drive safety improvements, and collaborate with senior leadership to align safety with business goals. This role is based at our Hams Hall/Coleshill site with extensive stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in health and safety management in multi-site retail/distribution environments.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures.
• Experience in managing health and safety incidents and ensuring timely resolution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee health and safety processes, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify hazards and implement mitigations.
• Manage health and safety incidents with timely resolution.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align health and safety objectives.
• Develop and implement health and safety training programmes.
• Prepare health and safety reports for senior leadership.
