Safety Software Implementation Manager

United Kingdom- Hybrid

Permanent, full-time

We are currently seeking a Safety Software Implementation Manager to assist in the implementation of innovative safe control of operations (SCO) software solutions. This role will play a critical role in digitising the safe systems of work for companies in the utilities sector.

The individual performing this role will be involved in the full project life cycle of implementation, assisting with the initiation, planning and executing the roll out to ensure the integration runs smoothly and on time.

More about the role:

  • Manage the full life cycle of SCO software implementing, from project discovery to training and supporting on site users
  • Using experience and knowledge in the electricity, water, oil and gas sector, to translate client requirements into system configurations
  • Act as the liaison between the clients operation teams and our internal development teams
  • Develop and maintain project plans and communicate progress to clients on a weekly basis
  • Oversee change management activities to ensure software solutions are adopted smoothly and all stakeholders are kept informed and engaged throughout roll out
  • Provide online and on-site training to ensure all users are competent in the system prior to use

About you:

  • Experience working within the utilities sector, preferably oil & gas
  • Understanding of Safe Control of Operations (SCO) processes and Safe Work Systems
  • Ability in learning and understanding software solutions
  • Strong project management skills with familiarity with tools such as Monday.com or equivalent
  • Full Driving Licence
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Ability to work under own instruction
  • Goal and deliverables driven
