Clermont Hotel Group, owners of Thistle Marble Arch, is seeking a Safety & Security Team Member to safeguard guests and colleagues. You will conduct floor walks, investigate incidents, and respond calmly to maintain a secure and welcoming environment for all guests and staff.

Ideal candidates will be passionate about hospitality, able to connect with people, and maintain composure in fast-paced situations while ensuring safety protocols are followed and documented accurately.

As a Safety & Security Team Member, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our property, team members, and guests. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular floor walks, investigating and documenting any incidents or queries, and responding with a calm and professional demeanor to ensure the best possible guest experience. Your commitment to transparency and attention to detail will contribute to maintaining a secure environment for all.
