Job description

What the role is:

You advise the unit Commanding Officer (CO) in planning, organising, directing, and evaluating all safety efforts within the Battalion.

What you will be working on:

1. Plan, organise, direct, and evaluate safety efforts within the Battalion
2. Assist in crafting the Battalion Safety Policy
3. Develop a safety program focused on accident prevention
4. Initiate regular research and review of safety policies and operational procedures
5. Formalise and disseminate safety regulations

Challenges:

1. Balancing the need for realistic military training with safety requirements
2. Protecting soldiers from unnecessary dangers during peacetime training

What we are looking for:

1. Education in technical or scientific fields
2. Prior military experience in high-risk vocations is advantageous
3. Good organisational skills
4. Strong supervisory abilities
