Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Safety Manager or senior HSEQ role within facilities management, cleaning or soft services.
• Essential exposure to rail environments or contracts interfacing with rail (stations, depots, transport hubs).
• Strong understanding of rail safety culture, processes and terminology.
• Working knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 systems and compliance.
• Confident communicator, able to influence operational teams and senior stakeholders.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and solutions-focused.
• Comfortable working across multiple sites in a fast-paced, operational setting.
