Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Multi-site HSE Manager to oversee 6 operational sites in the UK. You will lead a team of HSE professionals, providing strategic direction and support for HSE performance. Ideal candidates will have a diploma-level health and safety qualification and experience in an engineering or manufacturing background. Overview

HSE Recruitment are working with a respected global organisation who are looking for a Multi-site HSE Manager to oversee 6 operational sites in the UK.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of around 10 site-based HSE professionals, providing direction, guidance and support rather than day-to-day management.
  • Provide overarching advice and leadership to drive HSE performance and support achievement of strategic objectives.
  • Coordinate across multiple contracts and sites, each with unique challenges.
  • Travel approximately 3 days per week with hybrid working arrangements.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective HSE management and continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Diploma-level Health and Safety qualification.
  • Ideally from an engineering, maintenance or manufacturing background, but transferable sectors will be considered.
  • Skills include ISO systems experience, team management, stakeholder engagement and relationship management, collaboration, adaptability, calm under pressure, and solution-focused problem solving.
Benefits and Salary

Salary circa GBP 65,000 plus GBP 6,000 car allowance, with other generous benefits including a bonus.
