MSA Safety is seeking a motivated candidate for a site-based role focusing on height safety installations and maintenance. You will ensure safety and quality on client sites and complete required paperwork for certification and quotations.

DBS clearance and a clean driving license are essential, with IPAF/PASMA training being a plus or trainable after joining.

Qualifications

• Clean driver’s license and ability to clear DBS/CRB/Disclosure.
• Comfortable working at height and mobile site-based work experience preferred.
• IPAF and PASMA training can be attained during employment.

Responsabilités

• Ensure high safety levels on site and provide excellent customer service during installations and maintenance.
• Complete legible paperwork after installations to support client certificates or quotes for remedial work.
• Identify additional fall protection equipment or training needs at sites where activities occur.
• Perform other duties as required by the Team Leader or senior management to support business goals.

Responsibilities

What you will do – the role:

• Ensuring the highest levels of site safety and customer service are adhered to all times whilst carrying out site-based installations as well as testing and maintenance of site-based height safety equipment in accordance with manufacturers requirements and drawings provided.
• Ensuring that detailed legible paperwork is provided upon the completion of a new installations, to allow the full manuals to be produced for the Client (produced by others). When carrying our inspections, the paperwork needs to detail the findings of the inspection to allow either the client certificates to be produced (By Others) or remedial Quotation can be provided for any failures (By Others). This paperwork can be provided by either hard copy paperwork, laptop or tablet (Provided by HCL)
• Identifying any additional requirements for fall protection equipment or training at sites where activities are undertaken.
• Other duties as required by the Team Leader or senior management to assist in the efficient running of the business and contribute to the company’s profit objectives.

Qualifications

What you need:

• Clean driver’s License
• Ability to clear DBS/CRB/Scottish Disclosure
• Comfortable working at height
• Previous experience of a mobile, site-based role would be preferred
• IPAF training (Not essential as can be attained during employment)
• PASMA training (Not essential as can be attained during employment)
