Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is partnering with an established engineering business to recruit a Health & Safety / Compliance Engineer in Spalding. You will take ownership of safety standards, coordinating across two sites and driving ongoing compliance improvements.

The role involves risk assessments, maintaining documentation, supporting accreditations and ensuring safety procedures are followed. You will work with engineering and operations teams to raise safety standards and processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Health & Safety, SHEQ or Compliance.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety legislation and procedures.
• Strong organisational skills with experience managing documentation and records.
• Based within commuting distance of Spalding, Lincolnshire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate health and safety activities across two operational sites.
• Maintain compliance documentation, accreditations and safety records.
• Support risk assessments, audits and the implementation of safety procedures.
• Work closely with engineering teams to improve safety standards and operational processes.
