Job summary

Qualifications

• Good knowledge and experience overseeing complex ASB & Community Safety case management.
• Good knowledge of Tenancy Enforcement and tools of the ASB AND Crime and Policing Act 2014.
• Experience of building positive relationships with Local Authority partners.

Responsibilities

• Own a case load of ASB and community safety cases, ensuring timely responses.
• Complete case management and preparation for legal action if required.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with local statutory officers.
