Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Wakefield site is hiring a Health & Safety Coordinator to drive compliance and continuous improvement across manufacturing and logistics operations. You will engage with site leadership, coordinate risk assessments, investigations and safety training, and help maintain a culture where safety is everyone's responsibility.

The role focuses on practical shop-floor engagement, audits, and delivering safety plans while supporting wellbeing programmes and incident

Qualificações

• Experience supporting health and safety activities within a manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Experience conducting or supporting health and safety risk assessments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels of the business.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to analyse information, identify risks and support problem solving.
• Proactive and organised with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Commitment to promoting a positive safety culture and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting compliance with legal, company and ISO requirements across the site.
• Coordinating and supporting risk assessments, including task-based, COSHH, fire, DSEAR and contractor-related assessments.
• Assisting with incident and accident investigations, ensuring root causes are identified and corrective actions implemented.
• Supporting the development and delivery of site health and safety plans, campaigns and communications.
• Coordinating safety audits, inspections and monitoring activities to identify improvement opportunities.
• Working with stakeholders to support safe introduction of new products, processes and projects.
• Supporting occupational health and wellbeing programmes and health surveillance where required.
• Delivering and coordinating safety inductions and monitoring training compliance across the site.
• Producing reports, monitoring performance trends and providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Promoting positive safety behaviours and embedding a strong safety culture with visible engagement across site.
• Ensuring availability of safety and first aid supplies.
