Job Description

Sizewell C is a major nuclear project in the UK, aiming to provide reliable electricity for 6 million homes and support the UK's Net Zero target by 2050. We are seeking a Safety Case Engineer to join our team and contribute to this groundbreaking project.

The Role

You will be responsible for developing safety cases related to internal and external hazards, owning the safety case for the nuclear site, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Stakeholder engagement and communication are key aspects of this role.

Skills and Experience
  • Experience with hazard safety cases, ideally in the nuclear sector.
  • Understanding of nuclear safety principles.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Maths, or related field preferred.
