As part of DNV’s mission to support global transformations, our Supply Chain & Product Assurance division is focused on shaping the future of assurance through innovation and growth in areas such as Digitalization, Supply Chain, and Rail Transportation. To support our expanding services, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Process Safety Management (PSM) Project Manager to join our team in China. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and deliver PSM projects while working with top industry clients and a team of passionate professionals committed to safety and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute HAZOP, SIL, LOPA, and QRA (classification and verification) projects across sectors such as nuclear power, petrochemicals, and power battery industries.
- Meet revenue targets and performance KPIs for PSM services.
- Build and maintain networks with partners to grow and promote the PSM business.
- Manage projects efficiently, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
- Develop and coordinate both internal and external resources for successful project execution.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budgeted economic frameworks.
- Oversee team competence, service quality, and project performance throughout the delivery process.
- Take ownership of personal professional growth and skill development.

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Petroleum, Chemical, Safety, Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) or PSM (Process Safety Management) services.
