This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and deliver PSM projects while working with top industry clients and a team of passionate professionals committed to safety and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute HAZOP, SIL, LOPA, and QRA (classification and verification) projects across sectors such as nuclear power, petrochemicals, and power battery industries.
• Meet revenue targets and performance KPIs for PSM services.
• Build and maintain networks with partners to grow and promote the PSM business.
• Manage projects efficiently, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
• Develop and coordinate both internal and external resources for successful project execution.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budgeted economic frameworks.
• Oversee team competence, service quality, and project performance throughout the delivery process.
• Take ownership of personal professional growth and skill development.
• Support other tasks and assignments as directed by management.
