Job Overview

ELHA are looking for an experienced Safety and Compliance Officer to join our Asset Management Team. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who will play a key role in delivering our property compliance service.

Responsibilities

You will need experience of managing a property compliance service including:

1. Contract management
2. Delivering effective, efficient and economical compliance programmes
3. Health & Safety compliance
4. Authorising invoices
5. Maintaining effective audit trails
6. Ensuring customer satisfaction

Qualifications

You should hold a technical or professional qualification in Building Construction / Technology and have extensive experience in compliance and Health and Safety. You should possess excellent communication, organisational and administrative skills and will have worked in housing or a similar field, dealing with tenants and the public. You must have a driving licence and the use of a car. Experience of digital maintenance systems, in particular the ability to work with and analyse information in spreadsheets and utilise mobile technology on site, is desirable for the role.
