Job summary

Rochdale Council is seeking a Senior Safety Adviser to provide expert health and safety guidance across the Council. You will help develop and implement policies, manage incident data, and deliver training to foster a strong safety culture.

In this role you will monitor compliance through audits, present reports, and represent the Council at meetings, offering professional advice to improve safety standards across the borough.

Join Rochdale Council as one of our Senior Safety Advisers within the Corporate Health & Safety Team, where you will play a pivotal role in helping us maintain a safe and compliant environment for all. You will provide expert consultancy advice, guidance, and support on health and safety standards and practices. As a Senior Safety Adviser, you will:
