Job summary

Eckington School is seeking a Safeguarding Manager to support the emotional health and wellbeing of students and provide safeguarding intervention. The role requires safeguarding experience and up-to-date training, with a focus on keeping vulnerable students safe and helping them to achieve.

The position is permanent, full-time (37 hours per week) with 52 weeks per year, and the salary range reflects current pay scales (£39,481.00 – £43,149.00 Annually). Start date is as soon as possible.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4 or above (or equivalent).
• Recent safeguarding training is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the emotional health and wellbeing of our students and provide Safeguarding intervention.
• Ensure our most vulnerable students feel safe and achieve within Eckington.
• Provide evidence of safeguarding training as required.
