Job summary

Sanctuary Personnel's Social Worker role in the Safeguarding Team is based at Kenworthy House, East Riding of Yorkshire. You will work with families and children under CiN, child protection and court proceedings, contributing to safeguarding in Hull.

You will assess, plan, and implement interventions, collaborate with professionals, manage complex cases, and adapt strategies to meet client needs, while benefiting from flexible hours and continuous professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assess and support children and families to ensure their safety, implementing effective safeguarding measures where necessary.
• Work collaboratively with other professionals to design and execute comprehensive care plans.
• Manage cases with a range of complexities, including CiN, child protection cases, and court proceedings.
• Evaluate and adapt intervention strategies to meet the dynamic needs of clients.
• Provide guidance and support for children and families undergoing challenging situations.
