Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent is required.
• Registered with Social Work England is required.
• Experience in child protection and safeguarding is essential.

Responsibilities

• Conducting assessments and developing care plans for children and families.
• Managing a caseload of children in need with timely interventions.
• Working with multi-agency teams to coordinate support and safeguard children.
• Providing advice and support to families to promote positive outcomes.
• Maintaining accurate case records and documentation in line with local policies.
