Qualifications

• Valid Named Person Child Protection Training.
• Experience managing relationships with pupils, parents and Children’s Social Care, Early Help and other key agencies.
• Ability to write effective and detailed reports.
• Ability to manage records effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide pastoral care to learners, ensuring their welfare is at the heart of the school.
• Help create a caring and supportive learning environment for our young people.
• Coordinate referrals to Children’s Social Care, Early Help and CSE Risk Assessments and other agencies as needed.
