To facilitate the administration of timely, accurate and high-quality safeguarding referrals, in partnership with the wide Safeguarding Team. The post holders will also support with administration of safeguarding related incident management, multiagency working, information requests, reports, data entry and general enquiries.
Principle Responsibilities will include (please see attached job description)
1) Work as part of the safeguarding team to form a dedicated Safeguarding Hub under the guidance and leadership of the Safeguarding Faciliatory Team Lead, Head of Safeguarding and Safeguarding Lead.
2) To Facilitate the administration of timely, accurate and high-quality safeguarding referrals to support patient safety and wellbeing following concerns identified by HUC colleagues throughout the services.
3) Support the administration of wider safeguarding related workstreams, to include but not limited to incidents, complaints, audit, multiagency working, information requests, reports, data entry and general enquiries.
4) Be a role model to colleagues and promote Think Family Principles across the organisation.
5) Manage sensitive and confidential data professionally and responsibly.
6) Cross reference the safeguarding concern forms for both children and adults with Adastra to ensure the correct details are shared with the appropriate agency.
7) Transpose the information provided on the safeguarding concern form to the appropriate Local Authority ensuring that the full patient journey is captured prior to submission.
