Whitby Coast and Moors Primary Care Network is seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Safeguarding Coordinator. Our PCN is establishing a new multidisciplinary holistic care team to support patients with complex needs.

The Safeguarding Coordinator role is a new position within Whitby Coast and Moors PCN. The post holder will collaborate closely with all PCN member practices to coordinate safeguarding efforts and establish a safeguarding hub.
Whitby Coast and Moors PCN includes four GP practices in Whitby and nearby areas: Whitby Group Practice, Esk Valley Medical Practice, Staithes Surgery, and Sleights and Sandsend Medical Practice. Our population faces unique challenges such as higher rates of chronic disease, coastal deprivation, and rural isolation.
