An established industry player is seeking a passionate Safeguarding Care Coordinator to enhance patient care within their Primary Care Network. This rewarding part-time role involves collaborating with GPs and practice teams to develop efficient processes for safeguarding vulnerable patients. We are excited to recruit to the post of Safeguarding Care Coordinator to work within our Primary Care Network - PCN - to support outstanding safeguarding governance and working relationships with partner organisations across the East PCN.
The post holder will be required to work across practices in the PCN and the community supporting patients. There may be a need to work remotely depending on the requirements of the role.

JOB PURPOSE:
The Adult and Child Safeguarding Care Co-ordinator in the East PCN will have a key role in supporting the Senior Safeguarding Care Coordinator and Safeguarding Lead GPs to protect our most vulnerable patients.

This post will be supervised and line-managed by the Senior Safeguarding Care Coordinator for the East PCN. Clinical supervision (as appropriate) will be provided by designated practice Safeguarding Leads. Taurus Healthcare will provide support with employment and safeguarding liaison.
