Career Teachers UK is recruiting for a Safeguarding & Wellbeing Lead at a Southeast London secondary school. The role is full-time, temporary with an immediate start, and focuses on leading safeguarding practices, promoting student wellbeing, and supporting vulnerable learners to flourish both academically and personally.

You will work with students, families, staff and external agencies to secure positive outcomes, maintain records and contribute to training to foster a strong safeguarding

Qualifications

Career Teachers are currently recruiting for an inclusive secondary school in Southeast London for an experienced Safeguarding & Wellbeing Lead to join their dedicated pastoral team on a temporary basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a safeguarding professional who is passionate about supporting young people and making a genuine impact within a school community. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading safeguarding practices, promoting student wellbeing, and ensuring vulnerable students receive the support they need to flourish both academically and personally.

The Role

As Safeguarding & Wellbeing Lead, you will:
