We are seeking an Issues and Crisis specialist at Associate Director level for a part-time role starting ideally in July/August, lasting approximately 9 months. The position involves providing strategic counsel for an existing crisis preparedness strategy to be implemented in the coming months. This role is with a reputable, purpose-driven consultancy working on a major project for a specific client.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities include:

  • Experience in issues & crisis communications, ideally related to real estate and community engagement.
  • Ability and confidence to liaise with governmental advisors, clients, and senior professionals.
  • Knowledge of stakeholder issues and reputational risk trends affecting local communities and action group management.
  • Familiarity with UK and international business media.
