A leading healthcare provider is seeking a motivated Nurse to join the SACT Band 6 Sister/Charge Nurse team at Viking Day Unit. This role involves providing compassionate care to cancer patients, supporting the unit manager, and collaborating with care teams. No two days are the same, allowing the post-holder to utilize a variety of skills and expertise. You must enjoy working with people and want to support the unit manager in making a real difference to our patients and families, as well as contribute positively to the team and our service, especially as the nursing team adapts to systemic anti-cancer therapy changes.

The post-holder is expected to carry out all relevant care duties they are competent in, without supervision, and may supervise and support the training of both qualified and unqualified staff. These factors contribute to making this a great place to work.
