Job summary

Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an enthusiastic SACT Nurse to provide clinical and managerial leadership within oncology and haematology teams in Exeter. The role includes acting as a clinical leader, guiding the multidisciplinary team, and supporting development of training resources for anti-cancer therapies.

You will deliver SACT administration, mentor staff, and engage in teaching opportunities.

Qualifications

Experienced Oncology or Haematology nurse competent in oncology and haematology care, supported by SACT administration.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical and managerial leadership to the nursing and multi-professional team.
Lead teaching and assessment for SACT administration.
Develop training resources and support staff in delivering anti-cancer therapies.
Coordinate outreach, triage OOH, and SACT delivery across locations.
Mentor junior staff in oncology/haematology with SACT skills.
