UK Managed Services: SAC Planning Consultant - AMS

Summary of Role

To support and consult on our growing pipeline of SAC planning customers.

As a SAC Consultant, you will be responsible for working day-to-day within the Analytics & EPM practice, delivering primarily support services to a diverse range of domestic and international clients.

This is a very customer-focused, hands-on role where the consultant will be expected to lead on customer issues and developments, as well as collaborate with other functional and technical consultants across the SAP product portfolio. The consultant will primarily support the UK Managed Services Team. However, NTT operates a line of business model, so this is a hybrid opportunity that blends support with project delivery – the time spent on AMS/Support is expected to be around 80%, and the remaining time will be project-based.

The ideal candidate will be able to foster effective teamwork by seeking input from team members and will support them (both technically and operationally) in achieving continuous improvement by encouraging ideas and recommendations for procedural, operational, and system improvements.

This role will report to the UK Analytics and EPM Team Manager for day-to-day activities and will also report to the Managed Services AMS Team. The role is 100% home-based, with some potential for limited travel to customer sites.

If you are passionate about supporting SAC customers, we would love to hear from you. Join us in making a difference in the world of analytics and enterprise performance management!
