A leading company in SaaS solutions is seeking a Trainer for their Leeds office. The role involves delivering training sessions, supporting change management, and engaging with various customer technologies. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, adaptability, and experience in technology training, especially with Google Workspace.
Leeds - Hybrid - min 1 day in the office per week

We are currently seeking a friendly and approachable Trainer to be based in our Leeds office. This role includes travel as and when needed and is a customer and end user facing role. You would be part of our SaaS delivery team assisting in deployments and training of multiple products.
You will be working within our experienced training and change team, supporting businesses with the deployment of Google Workspace and AI. Confidence in public speaking and presentation skills are a must as you will be providing classroom, 1-2-1 and remote training sessions for a variety of customers.
Your role will also include working in our SaaS Delivery team to support change management activities within a project in building comms and supporting end users during their transition to Google Workspace. You will be expected to support Change Managers within the team which will give you the opportunity to grow your knowledge and skills in this area.
There will be exposure to a wide variety of technologies, with a rapidly growing feature set that you will be expected to understand at an end user level.
Technologies / Skillset:
The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience in the following areas:
Computer literate and confident learning new technologiesSelf-reliant with strong capability to learn and adapt to constant changeExperienced using communication, AI and editor toolsHave past experience as a Trainer or TeacherComfortable with engaging in conversation and working within teamsVery good communication skills, both verbal and writtenHold a full UK driving licence
It would be advantageous for any candidate to:
Experience training of software / SaaS based solutionsHave a genuine passion for learning new technologiesPrevious experience using Google Workspace (Gmail and Drive)B2B classroom teaching experienceExperience delivering remote training
Key Responsibilities:
Understanding and updating training structuresPerforming live training sessions on SaaS technologiesBoth writing and video recording end user guidesSupporting Change Managers on customer deploymentsAdvancing your knowledge in Change Management methodologiesProviding direct end user support in the form of floor walking and on video calls
