THE ROLE |
Asa SaaS Solutions Adviser, you will play a critical role in drivingsuccessful client outcomes by serving as the key link between customers,internal Product, Project, and Services teams. This role demands a deep understandingof SaaS solutions, a proven track record with Temenos software implementations,and exceptional communication skills to bridge technical and businessperspectives.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary pointof contact for clients,
building strong, long-term relationships by deeplyunderstanding their business needs and translating them into product requirements.
- Product Expertise: Leverage your extensiveknowledge of Temenos software
to guide clients through the deployment, customization, andoptimization of their solutions.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with clients todefine and document business
requirements, ensuring alignment with product capabilitiesand best practices.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely withProduct, Project Management,
and Services teams to ensure seamless implementation,delivery, and support of SaaS solutions.
- Requirements Gathering: Lead discovery sessionsto capture detailed
functional and technical requirements, aligning them withproduct roadmaps.
- Project Oversight: Support project teams inmanaging timelines, scope, and
client expectations, ensuring successful project executionand customer satisfaction.
- Training and Enablement: Conduct user trainingand workshops,
empowering clients to maximize the value of their SaaSsolutions.
- Feedback Loop: Provide structured feedback toProduct teams, influencing
the strategic direction of the product based on customerinsights and emerging trends.
- Thought Leadership: Stay up to date on industrytrends, competitive
landscape, and best practices to guide clientseffectively.

SKILLS |
- You should have Experience: 5-10+ years in a customer-facingconsulting role, with a strong focus on SaaS and enterprise software.
- Temenos Expertise: Hands-on experience with Temenos softwareimplementations is a must.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communicationskills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,with a keen eye for detail.
- Project Management: Solid understanding of project managementmethodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
- Technical Acumen: Ability to grasp complex software architecturesand translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
