Job summary
CompetitionAI is seeking an Platform & Infrastructure Engineer (DevOps/SRE) to own day-to-day cloud infrastructure, support onboarding, and help maintain ISO 27001 evidence. You’ll operate cloud infrastructure, deployments, monitoring, backups, and incident response in a small, hands-on team.
Responsibilities include improving reliability, security, automation and deployment experience; configuring environments for new customers; maintaining audit evidence; and participating in on-call
Qualifications
- Operate a live SaaS product and support production incidents.
- Take ownership in a small team and communicate clearly.
- Experience supporting security audits is valuable.
- Experience with cloud Azure, and familiarity with AWS and Cloudflare.
Responsibilities
- Operate cloud infrastructure, deployments, monitoring, backups and incident response.
- Improve reliability, security, automation and the developer deployment experience.
- Configure environments, access, integrations and deployment settings for new customers, and troubleshoot go-live.
- Maintain operational documentation and support ISO 27001 audits with evidence.
- Work closely with software engineers and customer technical teams.
- Onboarding customers: security questionnaires and go-live communications.
- On-call rota to support customers.
