Job summary

SPECTRUM IT is seeking a Software Development Manager to lead engineering standards behind a High-Growth UK SaaS platform. You will oversee NestJS/NodeJS and Vue-based systems, balance people leadership with technical direction, and ensure scalable, secure delivery.

This hybrid role in Greater Manchester requires hands-on background in C#/.NET or modern JS/TS stacks, a strong focus on code quality, QA, and DevOps maturity, with a one-day-per-week onsite presence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SaaS or product-led engineering teams.
• Hands-on software development background in C#/.NET or JS/TS stacks.
• Proven track record in engineering leadership and delivering scalable systems.
• Strong understanding of automated testing and QA practices.
• Experience with DevOps and modern deployment pipelines.
