We are currently seeking a Delivery Manager to support our Housing SaaS Platforms, including NEC Mobile, NEC Scheduler, NEC Repairs, and NEC Engage.

The role involves monitoring, planned maintenance, service meetings, and support. Ideal candidates will have experience with Housing Management Software or similar Public Sector SaaS Platforms.

Monitoring: Ensure adequate monitoring and alerting across platforms like Postgres, Networks, Patroni, and Servers.

Planned Maintenance: Maintain patching upgrades, hardware planning, content review, and database optimization.

Support: Act as the point of contact between housing and CST, coordinate resources, establish support plans, and ensure 24/7 coverage.

Service Meetings: Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders, document actions, report results, and plan infrastructure upgrades.

Main Responsibilities:

• Publish daily system health checks and analyze results.
• Address trends and arrange emergency changes as needed.
• Be aware of and mitigate impacts from CST changes.

Qualifications:

• Experience managing SaaS products for Housing/Public Services.
• Technical understanding of Housing SaaS systems and customer usage.
• Relationship management skills.
• Working knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Strong communication skills for triage and coordination.
• Commercial awareness and decision-making ability.
• Experience with Housing SaaS analytics and service improvement.
