Job summary

RWS is seeking a Lead Analyst to join its Data & Analytics team on a 6-month contract to design and build a comprehensive SaaS metrics dashboard. The role focuses on delivering actionable insights into product performance and customer behavior by aggregating data from Salesforce, ServiceNow, and internal platforms.

You will model data, create intuitive visualisations, and ensure data accuracy while collaborating with stakeholders to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building enterprise BI dashboards, preferably for SaaS products.
• Strong data visualization skills with Tableau/Power BI proficiency.
• Experience with data integration and ETL processes.
• Proficiency in SQL and data warehousing concepts.
• Ability to gather requirements, manage stakeholders, and drive a 6-month project.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy a robust SaaS metrics dashboard.
• Integrate data from Salesforce, ServiceNow, and internal SaaS platforms.
• Create data models and visualisations for key KPIs.
• Ensure performance, reliability and accuracy of data in the dashboard.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide documentation.
