  • Support S4 HANA implementation as EMEA materials analyst for planning, SME, Trainer, UAT lead, and post go live support.
  • Lead improvements and standardization projects for PT materials planning.
  • Assist materials planners in EMEA region with skills development and troubleshooting for SAP S4.
  • Support the transformation of processes, technology & personnel to adapt to the new planning processes & ERP environment.
  • Coordinate with the analytics team on reporting development.
  • Drive standard processes and ensure adherence to the Honeywell Global Design Model for materials planning and ensure the full utilization of the S4 tool within PT planning.

S4 Sr. Material Management Analyst EU COE

You will report directly to our Director Planning COE and you’ll work out of our Bracknell UK location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations. By orchestrating the implementation of strategic supply chain initiative of S4 HANA for PT. Your role in collaborating with cross-functional teams will ensure accurate success and on schedule project completion while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Support S4 HANA system implementation as EMEA materials analyst for planning, SME, Trainer, UAT lead, and post go live support.
  • Lead improvements and standardization projects for PT materials planning
  • Assist materials planners in EMEA region with skills development and troubleshooting for SAP S4

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in materials management, procurement, or supply chain within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial engineering or a related field.
  • Proficiency with SAP ERP.
  • Proficiency in understanding the standards & interoperability of master data (Material, BOM, Recipe, Production Version, PIR, Source Lists, etc.) and the impact to supply chain
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience in developing and implementing supply chain strategies that optimize inventory levels.
  • Experience with S4 Hana
WE VALUE
  • Experience with ERP implementation
  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of sourcing, procurement strategies, and supplier management
  • APICS, CPIM, CPSM, or CPE certification or similar preferred.
  • Certification in project management (PMP, Agile, etc.) is a plus.
