Job description

S4/Hana Program Manager – 6 months initially – Oxford

Hybrid working: minimum of 3 days on site per week. Initially, more time on site will be required.

Essential: Strong experience in S4Hana implementation and integration, especially integrating D365 with S4Hana. Global experience is required, mainly focusing on Finance Modules. Knowledge of HR, MM, EWM, and WM modules is a plus. The candidate should have strong program management skills, be technically proficient in SAP, and capable of engaging culturally within a diverse environment. The ability to lead through ambiguity, establish project frameworks, motivate teams, and provide clear direction is essential.

This role supports establishing global operations and an integrated operating model to ensure system and process consistency across work streams, centered around the Slipstream business program. The focus is on harmonizing systems and processes, particularly establishing an ERP environment supporting manufacturing, procurement, payroll, finance, and warehousing functions. A skilled SAP Program Manager is needed to deliver this complex ERP migration project.

S4/Hana Programme Manager Responsibilities
  • Manage the ERP Program team to ensure project completion on schedule and within budget.
  • Control project planning activities related to migrating from Microsoft D365 to SAP S/4HANA.
  • Establish effective program governance and risk management structures.
  • Sourcing and managing project resources.
  • Monitor project schedules to ensure timely module and development completion.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, approvals, and financial tracking.
  • Manage issues, risks, dependencies, and scope changes in large IT projects.
  • Develop change management strategies for communication and business readiness.
  • Manage vendor contracts and agreements related to the projects.
