Lancashire Constabulary's Estates & Facilities Management Team is seeking a Service Desk Team Leader to be based at Hutton, Headquarters. The site is accessible by public transport and there is also free car parking on site.
The purpose of this role is to act as 1st line manager to the Estates Support Officers team, tasking and prioritising work. To assist the Estates Building Manager in providing excellent customer service within Estates and Facilities Management and to promote and market the quality of the service we provide and the positive impact the Estates and Facilities Management Service Desk has to the end users throughout the force.
The successful candidate will be required to participate in the Estates on-call rota on an ad-hoc basis.
