Commitment: Two weekdays (regional race days) + Remote training and planning sessions

About the S-RC Cup
The S-RC Cup (United Kingdom RC Motorsport Championship Series) is a national motorsport competition for secondary school students. It blends STEM education with competitive racing, challenging young people to design, build, and race their own radio-controlled cars in a national championship format.
With 10 regions hosting two rounds each, we are looking for capable and enthusiastic university student volunteers to step up as Regional Leads—ensuring each event is run smoothly, fairly, and professionally.
The Role: S-RC Cup Regional Lead
As a Regional Lead, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of two S-RC race days in your region. You will manage your local volunteer team, work closely with schools and race officials, and ensure the event is delivered to the standard and structure set out by the S-RC Cup HQ team based in Bristol, UK.
You’ll play a key leadership role in inspiring school teams, coordinating logistics, and representing the S-RC Cup mission of hands-on STEM learning through motorsport.
