Job summary

Calibre Scientific Group is seeking an ERP Transformation Director to lead the in-house SAP technical authority for the S/4HANA platform and its connected systems. You will own target architecture, set technical standards, and challenge vendor designs while directing AMS and implementation partners.

The role demands deep S/4HANA knowledge, ability to read and critique vendor code, and credibility in technical discussions with delivery partners.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years SAP experience, including hands-on S/4HANA
• Proven technical lead or solution architect experience
• Experience directing AMS and implementation vendors
• Track record resolving S/4HANA issues to root cause
• Experience integrating S/4HANA with e-commerce, CRM and logistics

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain target S/4HANA solution architecture and integration with connected systems
• Define technical standards for customization, integration and extensibility
• Review vendor proposals and technical approaches before approval
• Act as internal escalation point for complex S/4HANA issues and perform root cause analysis
• Define and maintain the SAP roadmap with business and IT leadership
