Job summary

Morson Group in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end migration from SAP ECC6 to SAP S/4HANA in a major transformation programme. The role is Lincoln-based with 2-3 days onsite and a 6-month initial contract.

You will define migration scope, manage ETL, data cleansing, data quality, and validation, and coordinate with global stakeholders to ensure a smooth and compliant migration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering SAP ECC6 to SAP S/4HANA data migration projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage data migration activities for the assigned rollout cluster.
• Define data migration scope, ownership, source systems, and migration strategy.
• Develop and maintain detailed data migration project plans.
• Conduct data assessments to determine migration requirements and readiness.
• Collaborate with Master Data Governance and Data Migration teams.
• Oversee data cleansing, validation, and enrichment activities.
• Validate migration tools, infrastructure, and documentation.
• Lead data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Monitor migration quality and resolve issues throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Drive testing and validation activities to ensure successful data migration outcomes.
• Maintain migration documentation for governance, compliance and audit requirements.
• Support international rollout activities, including travel when required.
